Facebook Group Posts
Because Facebook groups are not structured as a help/support center, Facebook group posts are not intended for support questions. Instead, please submit a ticket from inside your account. This helps us help you, as we can verify your account and answer your questions more accurately. If a support question is asked via a Facebook post, our Support Team will let you know to submit a ticket instead.
